Public Cloud is a cloud infrastructure shared by multiple customers and operated by a cloud provider. The provider owns and manages the underlying hardware, networking, and data center resources.
Public cloud services are most commonly delivered through Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), which provides on-demand access to compute, storage, and networking resources without the need to maintain physical infrastructure.
Unlike a private cloud, public cloud environments are available without upfront capital investment. Resources are provisioned as needed, and customers pay based on usage, typically through monthly or consumption-based billing.
